At Hodgehill, our Butchery is open Tuesday-Sunday.
We are unique in the region for supplying speciality fresh and cured Pork products sourced from local herds of Free-Range, Outdoor-Reared Pigs.
We are proud to use purpose-built preparation rooms to make delicious Dry-Cured Bacons, Gammons, Hams, Speciality Sausages and our own special-recipe Black Pudding.
In addition to our range of fresh Pork, we also offer carefully sourced four-week matured Beef and outdoor-reared Poultry.

As well as our selection of mouth-watering Cooked Meats and Pies, the team can even order Fresh Fish. This is delivered to us straight from fleets operating out of St Ives in Cornwall and Brixham in Devon.
